Aerial Cirque is a busy city centre boutique aerial fitness studio. We are looking for 2 friendly, welcoming and positive individuals to join our team to help with daily operations!
Role Overview
As the Operations Manager Assistant, you will act as Front of House for the Aerial Cirque Studio. You will report to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The following list includes, but is not limited to, the key set of activities within the role:
Lead class warmups as requested (training provided)
Prepare and change rigging as needed (training provided)
Meet and greet students at reception and maintain attendance records
Follow studio operations protocols such as opening and closing procedures
Complete and manage daily tasks
Maintain and purchase stock as requested at local shops or online
Create courses on booking system and release new course schedules to students
Send and check student waivers
Scanning and filing
Social media engagement and publish social media posts from the Operations Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficient technology skills
MS Office, Google Suite, Apple Suite, social media, email tools, etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Punctual with strong attendance history
Self starter with the ability to take initiative
Employment Conditions
Hours per week: 8 - 10
Hourly rate: €13
Hours of work: Dependent upon day. General span of working hours are Monday - Friday, 5pm - 9pm. Please note, the studio operates on public holidays.
